IHSA provides excellent competitive opportunities with a strong nationwide network. Both pathways offer similar riding experience and competition quality.
What to Look for in a College Equestrian Program
Facilities: Examine barns, arenas, and pastures. Quality facilities directly impact your riding experience. Horse Inventory: Check how many horses are available and their training levels. Coaching: Research coaches' credentials and teaching philosophy. Boarding: Understand whether boarding is included and what on-campus options exist. Competition: Review the team's competition schedule and success.
